It has been raining for two weeks.

I can count on one hand the number of sunlight hours we have had in those two weeks.

It has been a lesson in constraints and patience, but I suppose those are the overarching themes of photography. The lesson has been learned, please return the sun to me.

Macro Shots

Frost! What tremendous patterns.
By George, look at that bokeh! Hexagonal aperture at f/2 my beloved.

Landscapes

Blast this darkness! With a little more light I may have been able to shoot this at 1/250s and had something mildly sharp!
And of course not more than ten minutes after, the sun came out for a brief moment.

Other

Start of the roll, nice grain on the wood and grain on the film!
Although not intended for me, how could I resist the irony? I suppose this counts as the first self-portrait I have shot, too. Nice to meet you after only 25 rolls of film!
