Another day, another roll. Back to Kentmere, the Rollei has just been too frustrating as of recent! I tried my hand again at editing in Darktable rather than GIMP and the process was slower, but I think it saved some frames from being a total loss… and speed comes with practice, of course!

Water

A surprising amount of this roll turned out to be shots of water in some way. Perhaps it was the nice lighting I had on the few days that I shot this over… I was quite happy to play around with motion in the flow. When the light was right, I could get down to a 1/1000s shutter and really grab a moment in time, but I also tried to introduce some motion with slower shutters of, say, 1/125s. I think these turned out nicely!

Flora and Fauna

Of course, flowers, plants, and birds are all favorites of mine. I won’t apologize for it, either.
